Neighborhood Conversation

The City Administrator and key members of City staff are inviting Placentia residents to a Neighborhood Conversation on Thursday, February 11, 6:00 p.m. at the Aguirre Community Building 505 Jefferson Street. The Neighborhood Conversation will give residents the opportunity to discuss issues and events, meet City staff and learn about City services and programs. This Neighborhood Conversation is the second in a series of community meetings that will continue to be held quarterly in different areas of the City to inform residents about new and ongoing City services and to provide forums to address questions and issues from the community. Alarm Permit Application Available Online

Residences and businesses who have alarm systems must register with the City of Placentia. Information requested includes type of alarm system, emergency contact information as well as any hazardous materials or conditions on the property. This information will assist the Police Department in responding to the alarm system. The initial permit fee and annual permit renewal fees provide a cost recovery mechanism for the reasonable costs of administering the program. More...
