Placentia Community Foundation

Working Toward a Brighter Future
The City of Placentia has formed the Placentia Community Foundation to be a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The foundation is designed to:
  • Provide direct charitable services to aid
  • Solicit, receive, invest, and make grants of funds, property, and other resources
  • Sponsor, promote, advance, and assist worthy programs in the City of Placentia to further cultural, recreational, social, historical, and civic events and causes

Summer 2018 Concerts In The Park
The Placentia Community Foundation is working in collaboration  with the Placentia Cultural Arts Commission on the annual concerts in the Park series by securing new food options to Placentia's Summer Concerts in the Park series this summer. If you are free on a Thursday evening this summer, we hope that you will join us for dinner and a concert. Concerts start at 6:30pm at Tri-City park, 2301 N. Kraemer Blvd. Placentia, 92870. 2018 Grants Coming Soon
The purpose of the Placentia Community Foundation Grant is to preserve, protect and enhance the quality of life for residents of Placentia by establishing or funding programs that address the cultural, recreational and educational needs of this community. In this effort, the Placentia Foundation will award grants to non-profit organizations, public schools and libraries that serve the community of Placentia and focus on the cultural, recreational, or educational needs of the community. Grant amounts will vary with the maximum award being no more than $5,000. Grants are not awarded to individuals, or for political lobbying, political campaign or voter registration purposes.
