Veterans Monument Community-Wide Fundraiser
The Veterans Advisory Committee was essential in the establishment of the Veterans Monument in 1994 to honor residents who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. Twenty-two years later, the Veterans Monument, located in the Civic Center Complex, is reaching its capacity and is in need of expansion to accommodate future names of those that have served, are currently serving, or have paid the ultimate sacrifice in serving our Country. The Committee has embarked upon a community-wide fundraiser to raise the necessary funds to build two new panels for the Veterans Monument.
