The Placentia Senior Center offers many programs and activities for older adults. The Senior Center is located at 143 S Bradford Ave Placentia, CA 92870

The City of Placentia in partnership with the Orange County Transportation Authority and California Yellow Cab, provides a no-cost, door to door, wheel chair accessible transportation program for Placentia Seniors age 60 and older. It is not available weekends and federal holidays. Trips are limited to and from the Placentia Senior Center only on Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, trips to the following locations are available. 

• Yorba Linda Physical Therapy - 16615 E. Yorba Linda Blvd. Yorba Linda, CA 92886
• St. Jude Medical Center - 2767 E. Imperial Highway, Brea, CA 92821
• Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Kraemer Medical Offices - 3430 E. La Palma Ave. Anaheim, CA 92806
• Village Center at Rose - 710 N. Rose Dr. Placentia, CA 92870
• Placentia Town Center - 150 Yorba Linda Blvd., Placentia, CA 92870

If you need to schedule a return trip to your home from the locations above call (714) 444-4444 and press extension 9 on your number pad to request your ride home.

Senior Advisory Committee

The Senior Advisory Committee meets bi-monthly on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:15 pm at City Hall. For more information, please call the Placentia City Clerk's Office at (714) 993-8231.
