The Police Department, Fire and Life Safety Department, Community Services Department, and the Public Safety Communications Center are excited to host our annual Trunk or Treat event at the Placentia Civic Center on Thursday, October 23rd, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. All children aged 12 and under, accompanied by an adult, are invited to wear a costume and join us for candy, tricks, and treats!
