Funding

The Housing Rehabilitation Program is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). CDBG is a federally funded program provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The grant is distributed directly to urban counties based on population, income levels, and other information provided by the United States Census. In partnership with Orange County Community Services, the City of Placentia administers the CDBG program to benefit low and moderate income residents.
