Mayor Kevin Kirwin's State of the City Address, “Back to Basics,” took place on Thursday, September 25th, at 11:15 am at Alta Vista Country Club, 777 Alta Vista Street. Mayor Kirwin highlighted the City's progress and accomplishments over the last year and discussed upcoming developments and events throughout the City.
