The Development Services Department oversees all land use matters and activities within the City of Placentia. The Department evaluates and makes recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council on entitlements, which are discretionary items. Public Records Requests
The City Clerk’s Office handles Public Records Requests in compliance with California’s Public Records Act. To acquire a public record, please submit a Public Record Request Form (PDF). The completed request form may be mailed or hand-delivered to City Hall at:
