Please provide accurate information for your family when applying for a new account.
Please bring in your registration to Community Services Department at City Hall, located at 401 East Chapman Avenue, Placentia, between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm Monday-Thursday (closed on Friday-Sunday).
Mail in registration will be processed at 5:00 pm the day received. Please send completed registration form of the Placentia Palm Quarterly to Community Services, 401 East Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870.

Refunds for classes will be considered if the request is received before the second class starts. A refund request must be made in person or in writing. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds for excursions must be requested at least four (4) weeks prior to the trip to be considered and will only be granted if spaces can be filled. Full refund will be issued if a program is cancelled. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be processed. ** Online convenience fee is non-refundable. Please view the activity registration form (PDF).
